Horizontally Split Design

Two bolt cap with two elongated base holes OR two/four round base holes — flexible for varied mounting configurations.

Compatible Bearings

Self-aligning ball bearings (1200.., 1300..) and spherical roller bearings (21300.., 22200.., 23200..).

Flexible Mounting

Direct mounting (cylindrical bore) or Adapter Sleeve mounting (tapered bore bearing).

Fixed / Expansion Type

Fixed/Locating type via locating ring; Free/Expansion type without locating ring.

Grease or Oil Lubrication

Supports both grease and oil lubrication with re-lubrication capability — adaptable to demanding process environments.

Sealing Options

Four sealing arrangements: Double-lip seal (TG), V-Ring seal (TA), Felt seal (TC) and Labyrinth seal (TS) — for varied environments.

Eye Bolt Lifting

Integrated eye bolt for safe handling from size 524 / 620 / 224 / 320 onwards.

Material

High-grade grey cast iron (standard). Custom materials available as per customer requirements.
